Florence Pugh (d. 3 Ocak 1996), İngiliz aktris. İlk çıkışını The Falling (2014) adlı drama filmiyle yaptı. 2016’da bağımsız drama filmi Lady Macbeth‘te da mutsuz bir evli kadını canlandırdığı başrolü ile tanındı ve bu performansıyla BIFA En İyi Kadın Oyuncu Ödülü’nü kazandı. Ayrıca, The Little Drummer Girl (2018) dizisindeki rolüyle eleştirmenlerden övgü aldı.
Pugh’un uluslararası atılımı 2019 yılında güreşçi Paige’in biyografik spor filmi Fighting with My Family‘deki rolüyle oldu.
